No problem, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to replace the product, you can return the item by following these simple instructions.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 30 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise.
To return or replace an item, log into your personal area and click on the "Make a Return" button. Or, use our Returns Portal to return or replace the item in a few easy steps.
Follow the wizard and choose how to make the return.
You can choose from the following reasons:
- Wrong size
- Not meeting expectations
- Other (please specify if necessary)
And among the following solutions:
- product exchange, you can choose a replacement product for the one you want to return;
- repayment.
We will accept return or replacement of any item purchased on our e-commerce if:
- Will not be damaged;
- Will not be worn;
- the receipt of the online order will be included;
- Will be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
Customized products cannot be returned.
Shipping in case of return or replacement will be our responsibility.
We will provide a full refund or free replacement once we receive the jewelry you want to return.
The procedure is valid only for purchases made in Italy and is completed in 4-5 business days.
