FULFILLMENT AND SHIPMENT
The package with your purchases is usually processed within 24 hours of receiving your order or receiving payment for orders placed by bank transfer.
DELIVERY
For domestic shipments, delivery is estimated in 24/48 working hours depending on territorial areas.
Estimated delivery time is given in working days/hours (weekdays). Shipping time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Transit times do not include holidays and Sundays. For shipments within Europe, delivery is estimated in 4/5 working days.
TRACKING
GLS will provide the tracking code for tracking the shipment which will be sent directly to the email with which the order was placed so that you have control over the status of the package.
